Arrivals (EZE & AEP)
Enter your scheduled arrival time as pick-up time in the booking form, which is shown on your flight ticket. We track your flight, so the driver will adjust in case of delays or early arrival.

Arrivals at Cruise Terminal
- Disembarkation starts mostly around 07:00 in the morning. We suggest selecting 09:00 AM as the pick-up time.
Departures from Cruise Terminal
- Please check with your cruise company for the official embarkation time.

Ezeiza International Airport (EZE)
International arrivals: the driver will wait for you in front of the McDonald's in the arrivals hall. He will hold a sign with your name. You will see McDonald's right after leaving the security area with your luggage and entering the public zone.
Domestic arrivals: the driver will meet you in front of the OPEN25 kiosk in the arrivals hall.
Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP)
For both international and domestic arrivals the driver will meet you in front of the OPEN25 kiosk in the arrivals hall, right after exiting the security area with your luggage.
Benito Quinquela Martín Passenger Terminal (Cruise Terminal)
Drivers only receive clearance to enter the terminal parking once passengers have passed border control. This helps avoid traffic congestion. Please stay in contact with us via WhatsApp.
The meeting point is in front of Gate 10.
Private address or hotel
At a private address (Airbnb, house, or apartment) the driver will ring the doorbell.
At a hotel, the driver will wait in the reception hall. He will first announce himself at the reception desk and ask for you. Please inform the receptionist that you are waiting in the lobby so the meeting can happen smoothly.
At the airport and cruise terminal the driver includes 1 hour of waiting time. For airport pickups the waiting time starts after the driver enters the arrivals hall. We only send the driver into the hall 15 minutes after the touchdown of your flight, which gives you in practice an extra 15 minutes.
At hotels, Airbnbs, or private addresses the waiting time is 10 minutes.
When the included waiting time is almost over we will always contact you via WhatsApp or phone to check your status. If you need more time, you can extend the waiting for 25 USD per hour.
If after several attempts we cannot reach you by call or message, the service will be canceled and the driver will leave the location.
At the airport and cruise terminal the driver will hold a sign with your name on it in the arrivals hall or at the meeting point.
At a hotel the driver will go to the reception desk and ask for you. Please let the receptionist know you are waiting in the lobby, so the meeting goes smoothly.
At a private address (Airbnb, house, or apartment) the driver will simply ring the doorbell.
We monitor all flights for delays so that your driver will meet you at the right time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation is automatically updated, subject to availability.

If your flight is cancelled, we will rebook your service for the new flight and update your reservation.
Please note that any changes made less than 24 hours before the original service have no refund.

All our transfers are private. This means the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your travel companions, with no other passengers on board.
When you book, the driver will pick you up at the agreed location—airport, cruise terminal, hotel, or private address—and take you directly to your destination. There are no stops along the way unless requested.
Private transfers offer flexibility and comfort. You can manage your luggage freely, choose your preferred route if needed, and travel at your own pace without waiting for others.
The price is per vehicle, not per person. This means you can share the ride with your family or travel companions at no additional cost, as long as you all fit comfortably within the reserved vehicle.
Each vehicle has a maximum capacity as mentioned during the booking. If not respected, the service will be canceled and not refunded.
Yes, upon request we can provide child seats or booster seats. Please let us know the age of your child when booking so we can prepare the correct seat. This ensures comfort and, most importantly, safety during the journey.
It is recommended to book your transfer at least 24 hours before your trip to guarantee availability. While last-minute requests are sometimes possible, pre-booking allows us to assign the right driver, track your flight, and confirm meeting details.
