On short notice, Glenn arranged a cruise port pickup and transfer to the airport in Buenos Aires. Having used his service before, I trusted Glenn and Nadia and again, they were fantastic. It was insane at the cruise port with three cruise ships in a port that can barely accommodate one. David, the driver, was able to find us among the throngs of people embarking and disembarking the three ships and get us to the airport. Nadia, the dispatcher was in close communication as David circumvented unbelievable amounts of traffic and road closures. When he spotted us, he ran to us and helped us haul our luggage back to his car. Fantastic customer service. Thanks to all.

I wholeheartedly recommend for out-of-town travelers. Found Secrets of BA searching online for (tourist-minded) Tango Show reviews. The descriptions were helpful in making a selection to match my interest. I purchased through the portal. No problems, fabulous dinner and show at Michaelangelo. I also noticed that they provided airport transfers, so I arranged that through them as well. I received a text from the driver as I landed and he was waiting with my name on a card easily visible. I made a same-day request for a return airport transfer by phone and they were able to accommodate. Drivers were friendly, safe and prompt. I don't speak Spanish and really appreciated being able to reserve and communicate in English and on short(ish) notice.
